Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
